SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Purchase any item and we will ship it to you for free! We provide fast, free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: Please allow 2-4  business days to receive your items for domestic orders and Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Due to the high value of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once we are satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of our website , or quoted by customer service, are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

We may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

We ship Internationally with Fedex and locally with Fedex or UPS.

Delays for natural calamity or bad weather conditions  are not the  responsibility of Benjamin Fine  Jewelry. 

For your protection, Benjamin Fine Jewelry will always:

• 1. Insure and register all items for their full value.
• 2. Require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address, or to a Fedex location.
• 3. Disallow delivery to PO Box addresses.
• 4. Requires a signature for the package.
• 5. Allows for an alternative shipping address.
  We suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.

Additional Info About International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via  Fedex or with Malca Amit/Ferrari for higher amounts.

 Please note that the arrival times listed on the US website apply to US shipping addresses only. Estimates of the international shipping delivery times can be provided by one of our jewelry experts at info@benjaminfinejewelry or 1-800-XXXXXX.

Tracking: Both Priority and Express options include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation email to track your package. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

We do not collect international taxes and duties. We will, however, provide an accurate tax and duty estimate during the checkout process. These additional amounts will be collected by FedEx once your package arrives in your country.

International orders are shipped from Thailand.

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
